1. Who we are
WiPhoneMonitor is developed and sold by Leandro Ataíde Forte, CPF 684.040.502-87, under the trade name HyperFocus Dev Studio. Address: Rua das Oliveiras, 33, Araçagy, São José de Ribamar, MA, CEP 65125-232. Contact: contato@wiphonemonitor.com and +55 98 99135-4881.

2. What you buy
The purchase entitles you to a license to use the WiPhoneMonitor software for macOS. The software is not sold: you receive the right to use it according to these Terms. The iPhone and iPad app is free on the App Store and works connected to a Mac with an active license.

3. Plans and Mac Limits

  • Basic: 1 Mac per license
  • Advanced: 2 Macs per license
  • Professional: 3 Macs per license

The license can only be activated on the number of Macs included in the contracted plan. There is no limit to the number of iPhones and iPads that connect to these Macs.

4. License Period

  • Annual: valid for 12 months from activation and is not automatically renewed. Upon expiration, screen mirroring is disabled until a new license is purchased.
  • Lifetime: no expiration date.

Both periods include updates published while the license is valid.

5. Free Trial
You can request a trial key valid for 7 days. We recommend testing the app with your devices before purchasing.

6. Requirements
macOS 14 or higher on Mac and iOS/iPadOS 17 or higher on iPhone or iPad. Wireless connection performance depends on the quality of your Wi-Fi network.

7. Prohibited Use
It is not permitted to:

  • share, resell, or publish the license key;
  • activate the license on more Macs than the plan allows;
  • modify, decompile, or circumvent the licensing system.

Failure to comply may result in license cancellation without refund.

8. Support
The Professional plan has WhatsApp support. The Basic and Advanced plans have email support.

9. Payment
Prices are in Brazilian Reais, payable by credit card or Pix. Purchases made outside of Brazil are charged in US dollars to the credit card. The key is sent by email after payment confirmation.

10. Refund
The rules are in the Refund Policy.

11. Liability
The software is provided for the use described on this website. We are liable for product defects under the terms of the Consumer Protection Code.

12. Amendments
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.

13. Jurisdiction
Brazilian law applies. The jurisdiction of the consumer's domicile is chosen.
