Frequently asked questions
Do I need a license even for the Basic level?

Yes. All three tiers—Basic, Advanced, and Professional—require a valid serial key activated in the Mac app. Without an active license, streaming is disabled.
Can I test it before I buy?

Yes. In "Try Before you buy" section you can ask for a free trial licence valid for 3 days. Just fill in your e-mail and we will send to to you the trial license key until 24h.
Do I need to buy the app twice, for Mac and for iPhone/iPad?

No. The iPhone/iPad app is always free to download. The license is validated on the Mac — that's where you activate the key, and your iPhone or iPad simply connects to the already licensed Mac.
Does the app work on iPad, or only on iPhone?

It works on both. The same client-side app runs on iPhone and iPad — the only practical difference is the screen size available for Extend mode.
Preciso entrar com minha conta Apple?

Não. O WiPhoneMonitor não exige login em conta Apple, Google ou Microsoft. Você pode usar, por exemplo, um Mac da empresa com um iPad pessoal.
Qual a diferença para o Sidecar?

O Sidecar funciona só com iPad e exige o mesmo Apple ID nos dois aparelhos. O WiPhoneMonitor funciona com iPhone e iPad e não pede login em nenhuma conta.
How do I receive my key after payment?

You will receive your serial key via email within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. Paste the key in Settings → License, in the Mac app.
Can I pay with Pix even if I live outside Brazil?

Pix is a Brazilian payment method, in Brazilian Reais. Outside Brazil, use a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), charged in US Dollars.
Does the Lifetime plan include updates?

Yes, for the current major version. Future major updates may be offered as a discounted upgrade for existing lifetime license holders.
Posso pedir reembolso?

Sim, em até 7 dias após o pagamento. Envie um e-mail para contato@wiphonemonitor.com com o número do pedido. Ao aprovarmos o reembolso, a licença é cancelada.
