Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of payment, according to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, without needing to state a reason.

How to request
Send an email to contato@wiphonemonitor.com with the order number and the email used for the purchase. We will respond within 2 business days.

What happens to the license
Upon approval of the refund, the license key is canceled and the app stops transmitting on the Macs where it was activated.

Refund processing time

• Pix: refund within 7 business days, to the same originating account.
  
• Credit card: refund requested within 7 business days. The credit will appear on your statement according to the issuing bank's processing time.

Defects after 7 days
If the app presents a defect that prevents its use and is not corrected within 30 days of your contact, you can request a refund, according to the Consumer Protection Code.
